Shipping costs are subject to location that the products will be shipped to and from and are determined by the distributors with respect to the weight, volume and number of loads the products that were ordered will take to arrive to your location.
The shipping options that we have internally are through FedEx and the US Postal Service, however distributors for our products will drop ship using the freight carrier of their choice.
We may be able to modify the freight carrier that you as the client may prefer to use with the distributor, however, the costs to do so will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Order processing and delivery times are listed on the website at the checkout and if modifications to the shipping schedule need to occur, we will reach out to you by phone and e-mail to confirm those changes so that we make sure that we are on the same page with shipping expectations.
We offer returns on damaged goods, provided that the damaged goods have an accompanying photos to document the damage of the goods that have arrived. It is at this point, the products can be returned to sender and we will work to have the distributor send in another order to replaced the damaged order. Evidence of damage should be sent to sales@rareagproducts.com to document product damage.
All payment options are listed on the website. For customers who prefer to pay by check or money order. We prefer that you ACH the money to the business account for Rare Agricultural Products, LLP.
